Notes: Generally when someone is named as security, there is usually a family tie or responsibility involved. Could Mary the wife of William TOTTY be the reason William is named as security for Garder orphan of Thomas FOWLER when he chose David MAN his guardian? We see later that William also has ties to the FOWLER surname thought deed with Mark FOWLER, could a daughter or son of William TOTTY have married into the FOWLER family?
