This is the ancestry of my Great-Grandmother, Delia Bridget Jackson, beginning with her immigrant ancestor, Ralph Jackson, born in England about 1650.
(Delia is Aidan’s 3rd great-grandmother, and Ralph is his 9th great-grandfather.)
1. RALPH¹ JACKSON, born probably Aberford, Yorkshire, England, about 1650; died either in Henrico County, Virginia, or Prince George County, Virginia, sometime between 27 Oct 1708 (when his will was written) and 1 Feb 1709 (when it was proved in court). Married LEAH WILLIAMS in Henrico County, Virginia in 1678. Leah was born about 1643 and died after 1741 (her second husband’s death) either in Henrico County or Chesterfield County (est. 1749), Virginia. Ralph was on the list of militiamen for Charles City County, Virginia in 1701/2.

i. ELIZABETH² JACKSON, born in Bristol Parish, Charles City County, Virginia, 1680; died Henrico County, Virginia; married John Perkinson, probably 1699.
ii. THOMAS JACKSON, born Henrico County, Virginia, 1686; died in Prince George County, Virginia, 1714.
iii. JAMES JACKSON, born in Henrico County, Virginia, 1688; died, Henrico County, 1713.
iv. JOHN JACKSON, born in Henrico County, Virginia, 1690; in Henrico County in 1713.
v. RALPH JACKSON, born in Henrico County, Virginia, 1695; died in Chesterfield County, Virginia, 1776; married Obedience in 1720.
vi. DANIEL JACKSON, born Henrico County, Virginia, 1698; died in Chesterfield County, Virginia, 1781; married 1727.
2. vii. JOSEPH² JACKSON, born 1700; died 1774.
viii. FRANCIS JACKSON, born Henrico County, VA, 1702; wounded in militia, still living in Virginia on 13 Nov 1764.
2. JOSEPH² JACKSON (Ralph¹), born in Henrico County, Virginia about 1700; died 1774; married Martha, 1733. MARTHA was born 1693; died 1780.
